Attendance COMPONENT
This module is focused on student activities and record keeping to facilitate best practice Duty of Care for modern Boarding Schools.
It is designed to allow Boarding staff who might be anywhere on campus, or off campus attending excursions or activities to conduct simple and quick rolls in real time so that staff can see which students are where – in real time.
We are proud of our flagship application which will make your transition to our product simple and hassle free. Staff can use hardware provided by the school or they can make use of their own device for all portable applications. Senior Boarding staff can view completed rolls at any time and from anywhere as long as they have mobile signal. Senior staff can also log into settings and permissions remotely and with a few ‘clicks’ or ‘taps’ they can authorise relief staff the appropriate functionality if they are moved between Responsibility Areas or Boarding Residences.
LEAVE COMPONENT
This part of the application is simple and intuitive. Each step leads to the next step. Leave can be applied for by staff for students or by students, on the app or desktop, for themselves. It is a simple as select name, select dates, select times, select hosts or add new host, select mode of transport and hit Go!
Now boarding staff - either one or two levels of approval and parents must approve the leave application. This can be tracked by staff, students and parents to see what any delays may be. Once approved Boarders check out and enjoy their weekend. The system notifies staff if someone is late returning - just watch your screen. Staff, students and parents can view the leave history as well as see all the approved hosts.
