• Statistics & Reports
  A variety of graphs and reports. On request from Boardingmaster additional graphs and reports can be made available as long as it utilises current data.

• Snapshot Tab
  Staff can see just where each student has been at the most recent rollcall or sign in. This can display on a big screen monitor in the hallway or it can be separated and displayed on a dedicated desktop monitor for realtime viewing.

• Dormitories
  Clearly identify on the system your dormitories or residences. There are options for notes relating to the design, layout or composition of the dormitories. These residences can be co-ed, vertical, horizontal or a combination of each - our system accommodates this in the Rollcall setup.

• Students
  The very essence of the system. It’s all about our students! Staff can quickly and easily access any of the Boarders they are permitted to access. Getting information is a breeze - quickly print out what you need or print out a temporary ID for a student.

• Diaries
  The Daily Diary scan be quick & easy or a pain but every staff member must access the diary to know what is going on when they come on shift. It structure is dependant on the format that works for your environment. It can include the medical staff or be separate. Same with Student Pastoral notes and Operational diary - use it the way it works for your system.
