pastoral and attendance help
BSS Apps are all designed to be very user friendly and don’t require much practice or training. This is very helpful as staff time is valuable and due to staff turnover in some Boarding positions it is not practical to continuously inject costly resources into training staff on software applications. Available resources could be better utilized on Operational and Duty of Care matters.
There is also an interface whereby staff can email us with their queries or questions.
The software is very simple and easy to follow. Some industry experience and most will know what to look for next. We will slowly add screenshots or further “Help” videos to
this page as we become aware that certain actions need some explaining.
Feel free to email support@boardingschoolsoftware.com if something is not clear to you. Just let us know which app and device
you are using and we will get you back in the game quickly. Being cloud based means the problems are usually quite quick & simple to fix.
Examine the layout of the whole system, see just above, once you have this then the other moving parts fall in place quite easily.
Step 1 is to make contact with us or you can go straight to the ‘Get a Quote’ tab on our homepage - that gives you
a good idea of fees and timelines.
Willows Academy is our Training and Evaluation Application. It is ready to go, you may go in and own it. Change the current staff for your staff, conduct rollcalls, have
“students” apply for leave, add or remove students one by one or by batch. Spending time here will give you a sound understanding of the whole system. Our manual and help
videos will get you through this just fine.
Our costing is exceptionally competitive. We can do this as we are confident most will get a good handle on the application by working in Willows Academy and making use of the
self help options. We do offer email support but like to think this is not going to be required very much.
